Brewed slowly and at low temperatures using quality 50% polished Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Hyogo prefecture, this sake’s flavour is smooth with a delicate balance of sweetness and acidity, while its fragrance is reminiscent of melon and other sweet fruits. Perfect for lovers of smooth, fruity alcohols.It won a Ginjo trophy (No.1) medals in the 2017 sake section of IWC (held in London)
Tokubetsu-honjozo category Shosetsu releases a fruity aroma of banana and melon and has sharp, refreshing taste. Junmai category Shosetsu is of exceptional quality with a fresh fruitiness and a flavor that never tires.
It has become recently popular even among sake novices because it is intended to be suitable for pairing with food.
